FREE SHIPPING:
Free Shipping on all Orders over $30! Clean Spirited offers Free Shipping on all orders where the merchandise subtotal is equal to or greater than $30. Clean Spirited products occasionally ship from multiple locations and may not arrive all at the same time. This ensures that each item you've ordered will arrive as quickly as possible. We are presently only able to ship to locations within the United States. We hope to make international shipping options available in the future.
SITE TRANSACTIONS:
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event we make a change to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, distributors or appear to be fraudulent. All orders will ship within 2-4 business days.
You agree that we shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the Site, or any service, content, feature or product offered through the Site.
USE:
You have permission to electronically copy and print hard copies of pages from this website solely for personal, non-commercial purposes related to placing an order or shopping with Clean Spirited. Unless we give you written permission in advance, any other use of this website, its content and its information, including framing of this website, is strictly prohibited.
Return/Exchange:
- Customer has 15 days from date of purchase to return apparel and accessories.
- No return or exchanges on bath and body products. All sales are final.
- Apparel and accessories may be returned ONLY for store credit unless it is an exchange of same item but for a different color or size.
- If exchange item is out of stock, a store credit will be issued.
- All discounted merchandise is final sale.
- Shipping fees & the $1 donation per order will not be refunded or applied to store credit.
- Return Coupon Codes must be used all at once at cleanspirited.com.
- Please email service@cleanspirited.com for return shipping information.
* Always get a tracking number when shipping back returns or exchanges. Clean Spirited is not liable to issue a refund code or exchange for merchandise that is shipped without a tracking number if it gets lost in the mail and is never received.
